Default 12 week old is having longer feedings

Hello all. My 12 week old daughter started increasing the length of her feedings from 20 minutes to 40 minutes almost two weeks ago. I thought at first it was a growth spurt but once it went past a week, I became concerned. I have a 2 1/2 year old and she did well when I fed for 20 minutes but now that the feedings have gone to 40, she is really acting up. Needless to say, i'm ready to throw in the towel.
Is it normal for infants to have longer feedings? Will it ever go back down to 20 minutes? Any tips or suggestions?
    Thanks.

are the 40 minute sessions lasting her longer. my little one used to eat for 15-20 minutes, but would need to eat every 2-2 1/2 hours. now he eats for 30-35 minutes, but usually goes 3 hours between feedings.

She pretty much has always gone 3 hours between feedings. Nothing has changed there.

hmmm... IDK then. Maybe she just likes eating slower now to spend more time with you.
