Wow, I may be using the wrong size too. I have been wondering, but couldn't really tell from the medela site. On the Ameda site, I kindof look the the too small picture. My nipple does rub on sides when I pump. But, I have no pain at all. I checked on bigger cups at Target and they were about $12.00 each, so I was unsure to buy them because I didn't know for sure if I needed larger size. I used the ones I had with my first daughter for a full year Never knew about different sizes. I guess i will get new ones and see. Thanks, Jonna

I just went to the Medela site. The part I looked at , at Target. Had the connector and cup part. They didn't have the one I saw on the site like you said. It does have the 2 in it. I will look for them. Then I don't have to buy the connector? Jonna

I bought it at USA baby (local baby store),but I also saw them at one of the two local Targets, and Once upon a Child (resale store also rents pumps here)...

side note: after using the large for a few days, my let down started taking longer and longer so i switched back, but then AF came so not sure if that may have been the issue?

yeah the all in one piece is the 'regular ' size, the 'large' is the 2 pack and you should be able to still use the connectors you already have....
