Default just get used to it

So, what I am understanding is that there isn't really anything TO do about it? My problem seems to be worsening at 3m pp. Not cool. Anyone have ANY help?!!!

have a little bit, but it makes my breasts feel really tender and sore and full, with a few tiny knots. All normal, I guess. just doesn't seem like it is making any difference. Once started block feeding, will I eventually be able to start rotating again?

In order for block feeding to work, you have to trust that it will work and then stick with it. It WILL work!!! Once you have reduced your supply, you may be able to return to switch nursing, but I never did--dd always nursed on one side at a time. My blocks this time around are LONG, and I only felt in control of my supply starting about six weeks ago.
