Default Wheat, Eggs & Milk in baby food?

I was under the impressions that babies are not supposed to eat wheat, milk & eggs b/c it could cause allergies. Why do baby food companies sell food that have those ingredients in them. I haven't given my baby but I was just wondering. Thanks

IMO because baby food companies are irresponsible.

The recommendation for introducing solids foods for the allergic baby: wheat, egg & milk are all between 12 to 24 mo

Some introduce yolks earlier, and whole eggs after 12 mo (the white is the most allergenic part).

Other foods - strawberries are recommended after 12 mo, but are also common in baby foods.

Thanks. That's what I thought that they were bad for allergies.
