Is it ok to eat this and lots of it while EBF? I never thought to ask of this before but I do eat alot of it and I know that your not supposed to give it to kids under 2yrs of age. Is it ok to eat while EBF?

I think it depends on who you ask. I was told if the allergy runs in the family, then it would prob be best to avoid it! But we dont on both sides and I love the stuff and cant give it up, I prob eat it almost every day!

Actually, my doc said it was okay to give my little ones peanut butter from 10 months on since neither my husband nor I have any food allergies. So, my son has been eating it for a year, and he's not even two yet!!!
