I keep going back and forth between choosing jar food or regular food and now I think I'll actually be able to make my own food. So, lots of questions. I know veggies can freeze and be okay but what about fruits? Banana is great and we discovered our lo loves it but it seems silly to open a banana to only give him a quarter of it. Can I freeze bananas too? What about avocado? Also, are fruits like peaches and apricots ok to give or are they too citric still?
Lastly, I gave my son a quarter of a banana yesterday and of course his poopy changed. It looked like he didn't really digest the banana -is that normal?
