Default Poop question in relation to dehydration

My LO's poop is hard little balls -- looks like rabbit poop! Does this solid looking pellets mean she's not getting enough breast milk?
    She's 8 months and on solids (fruits/veggies).
She seems to have enough wet diapers.

It can mean that you need to ease off the solids some. Is her diet full of avocado or banana? I know those are constipating in a baby.

    Cut back on the solids.

She just always seems so hungry. I'd hate to cut back on the solids. She's a big girl -- over 20lbs at 8 mo. She gets mad when we're eating and she's not. Tries to steal our food.
Maybe I should just give her more "soft poop" friendly foods like prunes?

I would give her more meat, oils, butter, broth/soup/stock. If this is the type of stuff you are eating, then all the better. This is what helped my daughter after more than a year of trying all the "normal" stuff. More info you might want to explore: www.fibermenace.com www.behealthy.org.uk
