    Default nipple problems

    i have sore nipples and it looks like i have a little bump it looks like a pimple but its flesh colored and thats where the main soreness is. What is it and how do i make it go away? MY lo is 3 months old and its wierd i would be sore now


    sucessfully breastfeeding my little princess for 10 months we are absolutely in love I know Im giving her the best and I know she'll grow healthy and strong!!

    It sounds like a milk blister.

    Let me see if I can find some good info for you.

    Where is the bump located, how many bumps, any lumps in the breast?

    its at the top of my nipple at 12 o clock no lumps or pain in my breast . i believe it started from my pump rubbing there??

    If it's on the tip it may have just been caused by a small piece of skin growing over the nipple pore. Some semi-rough washing/scrubbing might help, or consult your dr and they can clear it up with a sterile needle. I would say do it yourself but an infection is not what you need right now.

    yeah its on the tip and if you look at it from the side it kinda protrudes

    who would i see for that, my ob? i wouldnt feel comfortable with my general practice dr.
