Red face Considering a new job

I am considering taking a class in the fall to become a CLC but I cannot seem to find any jobs. Any suggestion on where I can get a job as a CLC.

Many hospitals have LC's on staff, as do pediatricians, doula agencies, WIC, and breastfeeding supply stores (not big-box chains, but specific stores). Lots of LC's are private practice, they own their own business, and aren't affiliated with any other company. Sometimes several will get together to form a business together, sharing the work.

Thanks for the advice. I am in Nursing school, but I noticed that alot of LC's in hospitals are also nurses. I will look into your ideas. Thanks. I have until Oct to research the job, since that is when the classes are back in Ohio.
