    Question Smelly Poops

Hi--My exclusively breastfed baby has been having VERY smelly poops lately. He is 3 months, and has shown no signs of breastmilk intolerance until now...Could he have a stomach bug>??? No fever or anything. Also, we have thrush which we're trying to get rid of naturally. Might this have something to do with it?

Any change in a mother's or baby's diet can change the odor of BMs. Even medications can do this. So yes, the medications you and he are taking for thrush might be doing this, or something different you are eating.
