    You can take fenugreek with motilium according to Dr. Newman. I did.

    Get as much rest as you can, but reality is reality. See if you can get your two year old to nap when you and baby nap. (I home school our two 6 year olds, a five year old and a 10 month old, so I know what you mean!)

    Do you co-sleep? Do you have enough milk to just nurse at night in-bed?

    I also read about blessed thistle, so I will try that, too. So many pills... wish I hadn't stopped.

    I won't co-sleep because I did with my son who still won't get out of our bed.

    So now I sleep on the floor in the baby's room (on an air mattress). I am nearly to the point where I always breastfeed first now and then give her the bottle and she is drinking much less formula. When she is frantically hungry though she still wants the bottle first. I try not to let it get to that point as much as I can. Anyway, I actually sleep better now in her room than in my own bed because my son kicks me all night.
