    Default How many times?

My son is 6 months old and has been eating solids maybe for 3 weeks. How many times should I feed him a day? Now he is only eating once at daycare around lunch time. Should I add in another meal? If not now when should I start adding in more meals?

My lo is 6.5 mo and I feed 2x a day (just started like a week or 2). At breakfast and a dinner...usually a cereal and fruit at breakfast and a veggie and a fruit (or diff cereal) for dinner!

I've also started to give DS a fruit for breakfast (1OZ) and veggies (1OZ) and another fruit for dinner (1TBS) a total of about 2.5 OZ per day. I like the guidelines in this link http://www.mother-2-mother.com/samplemenus.htm
