I think you should keep doing what you are doing and trust yourself- not your doctor. As long as your dd is having plenty of dipes and meeting milestones don't worry!!!!! Babies will take what they need in regards to breastmilk and solids. My daughter is almost 9 months and doesn't eat much solid food... she is really interested but wants to feed herself so most of the food ends up on her lap and the floor.... she still nurses 8-9 times a day. I am curious to know how much she weighs.. at 6 months and 7.5 months she was only 15 lbs 5 oz. If it was my baby there would no way I would suppliment with formula unless I was concerned about my supply. Keep up the good work mama and keep nursing
