Luke is 11 months. He eats baby food three times a day with cheerios and he has snacks usually twice a day. Snacks are usually crackers or other empty calorie snacks. I would like to get him eating more of the foods we eat and healthier snacks. This is easy enough at meal time, but he is pretty picky about trying new foods. He enojys self feeding but takes from the spoon very well also. Just wondering what are some other options? I've tried fresh fruit but it doesnt go over well. I can keep trying. He is cutting his one year molars so I know once those are in there will be more options (he has his 8 front teeth). I think he just struggles with new textures because he is so used to purees. I have tried some of the lumpier stage 3 foods and he just spits them out. Any suggestions?
