Default Blackstrap Molasses, Wheat Germ, Brewer's Yeast...okay?

I am interested in adding blackstrap molasses, wheat germ, and brewer's yeast to some of my DD's (11 months old) food for some added nutriets (I will be weaning within the next few months) and am curious if anyone has given any of these to their little ones or has any added information about them. I read about adding them in the "Super Baby Food" book.

I'll be watching this thread... good question. My friend adds wheat germ to her daughters yogurt.. she is over a year though. I would think it would okay as long as baby has had wheat??
