    I agree with pp post that we can bf anywhere necessary... but I have to admit that with my older daughter I was so scared to bf in public that I would always pump and bring a bottle if I knew she would be hungry while we were out...I think that if I'd had a "safe" place to go like a bf cafe, I would have felt more comfortable nip! (Now with my second daughter, we nip when necessary... no more bottles!)

    i think they pasteurize donated bm before it can be used and this kills off most if not all of the immunities and good bacteria. i am sure that pasteurized bm is still better for baby than formula but with so few options of where to donate, i felt that it wasn't for me.
