    Lightbulb Pears, Not Prunes

I have seen the light, thanks to this forum, especially healthymama. For a long time, my main solution to constipation for my ds was prune juice. Pears are now my first line of defense. They do the trick without the dramatic results prune juice enduce. Thanks, y'all!

Me too. He loves the new teething feeder with the mesh bag. I stick a cold pear slice in it and he goes to town.

According to my ds's gi apple juice is also good for bowels. White grape is good to keep on hand if you think your lo has a tummyache.

I'm glad to see your thread. I just bought pears and I'll try it this week. I was giving LO prunes purred and he was either constipated (before the prunes) or with diarrhea (after it).

Pears have been a blessing. Whenever my LO is constipated, I give him a jar and he will go. It's a fool proof answer.

Since I originally posted this, I've noticed something else. My ds doesn't have near the amount of gas with pears as he had with prunes. That makes us .
