    Though isotretinoin and its relatives are definitely contraindicated during pregnancy, is your doctor sure they are contraindicated during breastfeeding? It would certainly be worth a call to an LLL leader or IBCLC to see what your options are. From your post, it sounded like you might be in the UK? If so, Pamela Todd of Cambridge is an excellent pro-BF dermatologist. Good luck!
