Default Oatmeal to increase supply? How much, how often?

I've seen oatmeal mentioned on the board to increase milk supply. Currently I am taking fenugreek, 3 or 4 capsules 3 to 4 times a day. I need to increase my supply a little more.

Does oatmeal really help? What kind, how much and how often? Do you just eat it plain? Thanks for your help.

Here's a link about oatmeal for increasing milk supply.

Suggested dosage: One bowl of hot oatmeal (any type) every day. Some moms say that they see an increase in supply when they eat anything made with oats, including instant oatmeal and oatmeal cookies.
