Sounds like she's figured out the situation perfectly.

    Susan, 4: (pats Mommy's milkies)
Mommy: Susan, please don't pat my milkies, they're ticklish.
Susan: But I had to pat them because they were sad.
Mommy: How did you know that?
Susan: Because I heard them crying.

I just wanted to share this further comment, because I think it's funny!

As I said in another post, my daughter bit my nipple a little while ago; it's been sore, but is healing up ok now. I talked to her about it, and she could see that it looked hurt. So she's been saying, "Poor Nana! Did you fall down in the street? Feel better, Nana. Bless you!"

I love the idea of the breast which falls down in the street... Maybe it needs a band-aid.

    I love this!!

And for those of you out here who didn't already think I was nutts, here's your chance. I had the same kind of 'thing' with my mom's feet when I was little. Now I understand it was how she and my dad got to sleep in little on the weekends; I'd climb into their bed and talk to/play with her feet through the blankets. As long as she wiggled them occasionally, it worked for me.

My mom didn't BF either myself or my brother, so feet was as good as it was gonna get!

Three cheers for you and your DD!!
