Does it have to be mixed with BM? Can I just use water?

I'm sure its fine to mix with water. Using BM would make it more nutrient-rich and creamier.

We mixed mostly with bm. Sometimes we did water though. Either way works!

Just so your not suprised, if you use EBM it is almost impossible to get it very thick. There is some reason it stays soupy. I thought it was just me, til my peditrician said about it being hard to get thick with BM! LOL

We tried to mix it with water, but DD would not eat it. She liked her cereal with BM only!

My DS would eat it with either bm, juice, or water.

NOTE: He only got juice in the cereal for a snack..
