Please help! I have a10-month-old (as of today ) who is doing mostly BLS with great success. He eats a wide variety of foods and has no allergies. Here are some of the things he eats--I'm bored with the same old things and need some new ideas.
plain whole-milk yogurt
toast with cheese or olive oil spread
I'd really like to try cottage cheese, and I thought that once he did well with yogurt, cottage cheese would be ok. I just read a chart on kellymom, though, that had it listed in the 12-18 months section (yogurt was 9-12 months). Does anyone know why the difference? I guess I just assumed that because they're both cultured it would be ok.
Any ideas will be appreciated!!
