My LO Must have a passie or teether in her hand when nursing or she will bite me. If she has a passie she will pull off the breast from time to time and bite the passie. Then she will tun back to me and nurse. I think the passie relieves some pain on her teeth. Also, the 2 times she has bit me I let out a loud high itch scream b/c it hurt and scared the heck out of me. This firghtened her, she cried, I cried, we huged and she did not do it again (for 6 months). It has happened 2x now and I hope we do not go for 3!

The Kellymom.com link the PP gave is great too!
