    Default Kiwi's and Cherries

When you give LO's kiwi's do you give then the seedy and white inside parts???

Also, for cherries, do I need to peel off the skin? I did today, but it was very time consuming - almost not worth it!

    TIA

I'm not sure about the kiwis, although seeds can upset some kids tummy's. When DD was your LO's age I diced up grapes w/ out peeling the skin. So I think you could just do the same w/ cherries!

when you eat kiwi, you eat the whole inside. it's all fruit! and, don't worry about the seeds, they aren't hard like other seeds. ds loves kiwi!
i did bls, so for cherries, i just halfed them and then quartered the halves. (does that make sense?) i never peeled off the skin, i don't do it for grapes either.

I keep a bag of frozen cherries in the freezer. They are already pitted - so very fast & easy to cut up and add to DS yogurt. He loves cherries!
