    oh gosh i didnt realize that i am really sleep deprived, i will just stick to this one but he is getting frustrated after a minute or two of nursing, i think it is slow flow as well cause he has gotten bottles due to the mastitis

    keep at it hon!! it will get better!! how old is your little one?? mine had a hard time til he was 11 1/2 weeks!!!!

    Don't worry -- if he could get used to the bottles, then he can get used to the breast. It just takes patience and persistence. Hang in there and let us know how you're doing.

    he is 4 weeks old and i have noticed that as long as i try to start his nursing before he acts like he is starving and screaming then he does a little better.

    yeah i had to try and nurse luke when he started rooting around, licking lips etc. btw luke took some bottle every day till 11 1/2 weeks.. i thought he was never gonna stop but he did with persitstance!!!
