    Default Can I freeze banana?

The subject just about says it all: Can I freeze mushed up banana, then defrost and give it to my LO? Or will it be gross? DS only eats about 1/3 of a banana per day, and I'm not a huge fan of them myself or I'd happily gobble up the rest.

    Thanks!

I've never frozen it mushed, but I freeze ripe bananas to use in banana bread with no trouble. I just peel them and stick them in a ziplock bag. I'm not sure how they would be just to eat, but they do fine for bread.
