Default Top & bottom teeth in

My DD is 7m & now has her 2 bottom & 2 top teeth.
She doesn't actually bite me, but when she pulls off her top teeth dig in a bit.
Is there anything I can do to encourage her to open her mouth when she's done nursing??

When my daughter did the same thing, I found that when she was ready to stop - you can usually tell, I would put a finger into the corner of her mouth to break the suction, and even to pry her jaw open a little if necessary.
around this stage my dd also started to bite me deliberately - she was trying to get a reaction, she would look me in the eye and bite slowly on the end of my nipple, gradually increasing pressure until i reacted. it became a game for her - to make me yelp
I put a stop to it by pinching her cheek, matching her tooth pressure. I'd start with a very soft grip, and as she bit down, I would increase the pinch. after 2 or 3 days, she got the message - biting mama hurts! and she stopped, no worries.
