    Hi,
    drop in weight percentile after solids-is thi sto worry about-he dropped from 25 th to 10 th.doc says stillok.i wonder how its ok.he is 14 punds 4 ounces june 16 th and 13 pounds april 20 th.introduced veggies fruits since a week and cereal 3 weeks.exclusively breats fed before introudicng solids
    isnt this somethingf or me tow orry.what shall i do to improve this.ds is in 7 th month now

    This actually happens often when a baby starts eating solids. Solids have less fat and calories oz for oz than breastmilk, so if they begin to take the place of breastmilk, baby's weight can slow or baby can even loose weight.

    I would advise cutting back or stopping solids and encouraging more frequent nursing. Breast Compressions http://www.kellymom.com/newman/15bre...mpression.html would also help baby get more milk in a sitting, especally the fattier hindmilk.
