    Default Sippy Cup

Should I be pushing the sippy cup for DD? She is 10 mos. I give it to her occasionally at dinner, but she just chews on it most of the time. (Teething!) If I take the "plunger" out and it dribbles out she will suck sometimes. Is it really that big of a deal at this point? Has anyone tried those cups that look like regular cups?

My DD did this too. I took out the spill-proof valve and it was just recently (within the past week or so) that she can even consistently drink out of that. But before, she would just bite it repeatedly, or if she got any water out it would dribble right back out again, etc. I would just keep offering but try not to stress out about it too much.
