    Question Freezing already refrigerated milk?

Can I freeze milk that has been in the fridge already? I assume if I can then I would use the expiration date of when I placed the milk in the fridge/day I pumped.

    Thanks!

yes you can. You can freeze it so long as you haven't let baby get any saliva into it. Once the saliva gets in then it starts to break down the milk, and it will taste pretty crummy.
You can leave bm in the fridge for around a week. here is a good link for you from Dr. Sear's website on milk storage.
