    I read about making bm Kefir, and it seems like something interesting. I think you need around 5 gallons of milk to make cheese, so that's prolly out. But It would be nice to have something sort of solid for Will to eat. He misses out on everything with cow's milk in it.

    I have so thought about this. but I don't know anything about it. if you need about 5 gal, maybe we could all get our milk together and make some community cheese

    It's easy to make breastmilk yogurt. I have a few recipes for that.

    You can also use your milk to make anything you'd put milk in (pudding, mac and cheese, ect).
