Default When to stop nursing one side at a time?

I think I have my os under control. I still have somewhat oald, but we're dealing okay with it. I did block feeding and now am nursing on one side at time during each feeding. Ds will nurse on one side for abt 7-12 minutes every 2.5 hrs. Should I go back to offering both sides at each feeding? Or stick to alternating? I don't want to go back to having oversupply issues, but I also don't want my supply to slack when ds starts stretching more time between feedings. Suggestions? Thanks!

You could stick to one side until he lets you know that he needs more. Many babies continue to nurse on one side until they wean. Do what works for your baby and yourself!
