    Default Honey??

DS is 10 months. I know that honey is out of the question for a while, but what about things like honey nut Cheerios or honey wheat dinner rolls? Is this okay or a no-no? Also, what about things that are baked that have honey in them?

    TIA

That is a great question- I have been avoiding anything with honey in it. I am eager to see if anyone knows what's ok.

    Try this link: http://www.kellymom.com/nutrition/mom/mom-foods.html

About half way down it addresses "Can a nursing Mom eat honey?" In that section it goes into a little more about why, what and when you should or shouldn't give your LO to eat having to do with honey. HTH

I wouldn't feed the cheerios due to the nuts anyway.

Nothing with honey AT ALL until the year point. Cooking honey does not kill Botch spores.

    Way too lazy for formula
