How long are your blocks? Can you try increasing your blocks?

Are you pumping at all? If so, pump only enough for comfort.

Can you tell us why you feel as if you are making even more milk?
What are the pains you are having like?
    Where do they originate from?

Drinking lots of fluids usually doesn't have much of an effect on milk supply. While it is always important to drink enough, overdrinking isn't related to oversupply.

When your baby has trouble latching on due to engorgement, you could try hand-expressing until your breasts soften a bit. That ought help.

If LO is nursing more often now, she may be going through a growth spurt. Many moms find that their oversupply situation improves when their babies go through growth spurts. Their supply becomes more equal to baby's demand.

I'm not sure I understood your comment about baby's bms. Was it 10 hours without a bm...10 days...or something else?

Pumping any more than just enough to help baby latch on is sure to increase supply.

When she did finally go, was it a really big bm? What was it's consistancy? Did she seem uncomfortable during the time she wasn't pooping? Sorry if TMI .
