    Question Thawed breast milk question

I am leaving dd2 home alone with dh for the first time. I am leaving him with frozen breast milk I am about to thaw. Once thawed how long can I keep it in the frige and how long on the counter?

I do not want him to give her formula unless I do not leave him enough milk. So, any idea on how many oz a 10wk old drinks?

    TIA
