Question can I take any cold medicines?

My daughter is 6 weeks old, and I have a cold, the worse part of which is an awful sinus headache. I don't want to take anything that will make my baby even crankier, but tylenol doesn't help the headache at all. I have tried everywhere I can think of, including motherisk, to see if there is anything I can take- my doctor is completely useless; he won't even tell me if Advil is okay- it works so much better on even my normal headaches.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi nansue!

I'm sorry you're not feeling well. Here is a website (not a LLL site) that may help you:

Be sure to get plenty of fluids and some extra rest as well!

    Hope you're feeling better soon.
