Can I just say that the baked pumpkin slices were great! DS LOVED them! I only made them with butter and cinnamon but he wouldn't stop eating them

How do I make "pumpkin cubes" for a 13 month old who is just really getting into finger foods?

Do I cut the pumpkin into larger chunks, steam them, peel them, then cut into tiny cubes? Isn't pumpkin too mushy to make finger food out of? How small do I dice the pieces?

    Sorry...I can't even boil water.

bak a few pages there's a recipe for baked pumpkin slices that's really good! You could do that and just cut it into cubes. We just used pumpkin pie spice b/c it's what i had on hand and DSwould eat it all day every day if he could!
