    You can use your breastmilk

You can also try nursing with baby upright so that it makes it a little easier to breath.

Nurse often since it's hard to nurse and breath at the same time and they get tired quickly.

You can also try nursing in a steamed bathroom.

My baby is sick - should I continue to breastfeed? from Kellymom has some more details of the above and others. Hope your LO is feeling better soon!

Or ditch the saline spray/mist all together and squirt BM up there and suck it back out with the bulb

We were at the dr today for 2 month checkup and I asked him about my lo being stuffy. The weather has started to change here so I thought she was getting sick. He said she hasn't been running a fever, great diapers and nursing that I should use the saline and bulb. She was too small to start on meds for that. And that it would run its course.
