    What are the common foods we should avoid giving babies over 5 months old, due to allergies?

    Egg Subsitutes:
    Binder:
    2 oz of toufu = 1 egg
    Liquid:
    1/3 cup of apple juice
    4 Tbsp pureed Apricot
    1 Tbsp Vinegar

    that list is huge!

    BTW Honey shouldn't be given to under-2-y-o as it can contain botulism (sp).

    That list is for children with already "recognized" allergies. It shows the "hidden" allergens in food. That list is not intended to be avoided by all babies with no known history of allergies. FYI
