    Default Whole Milk???

Well, we made it to 1 year (Sep 17),
99% breastmilk until 10 months, when LO decided to start trying solids (even though I tried several times a day since he was 6 months old).

He still gets most of his nutrition out of breastmilk, since he doesn't still eat much of anything (some days better than others, but not a LOT)

The question is, do I need to start giving whole milk?

I'm not planning on weaning until later, so he would still receive breastmilk, does he need whole milk???

As long as he's receiving bm, there's no need for cow's milk. (and even after that, theres really no 'need' per se. we're the only animal that weans baby off mothers milk onto another animals milk... )

I know there's a link or few around here somewhere. Ill see if I can find them :tumbsup
