Default What to do if I suspect food intolerance?

What's the easiest, most straight-forward strategy to rule out foods that might be irritating my 7 wk old?

Should I rule out all the usual offenders and then gradually try to reintroduce them into my diet? Or should I try one at a time?

What are the big ones... Dairy and what else?

I would love some guidance. Thanks!

The symptoms that I've notices are fussiness, spitting up (not every feeding or everyday, but when he does it's a lot and usually thick), bumps on face (I thought this was baby acne and could have been, but when I stopped drinking my morning glass of milk it went away... could be a coincidence), and he caught a cold this week or what I think is a cold, but could be a symptom.
