    Default Any ideas??

I am looking for a good book that will help me get my baby off eating very healthy. Do you have any ideas of a good book out there? I really don't want to feed my baby chicken nuggets and hot dogs, like I see so many of my friends doing. And I definitely don't want my baby to always want french fries. Have you had any success with any good books on making your own baby food, things to introduce first, etc???
    TIA.

Well, I have not begun to give my lo any solids yet....but I was given this book as a shower gift "Better Baby Food: Your Essential Guide to Nutrition, Feeding and Cooking for All Babies and Toddlers" by Daina Kalnins and Joanne Saab who are at the hospital for sick children in Toronto, Ontario. I have read the book and like it very much. It gives many recipes for making healthy food for babies and toddlers, and gives guidelines about what foods can be introduced at what times etc.

Try http://www.wholesomebabyfood.com/ the site came recommended from Natural Baby and Childcare by Lauren Feder (a great book). It has everything including how-to, when and what.
