    I don't know where you live, but I bought mine at Babies R Us for $250. HTH

    I was going to say babies are us might send you a coupon if you ask for one..I think the coupon they sent me was for $20 off. and I am not even pg.. lol..
    on the web site you can get a free umbrella stroller with anything over $100..

    A local lactation consultant probably sells it for less than Babies R Us.

    Another option is the Ameda Purely Yours pump, which is usually a little less money. I have used both the PIS and the PY and I get the same results.

    I have seen used pumps in Kid to Kid. I don't know if you have one there or if you're willing to use a used pump. They range from 20 to 50 dollars. I guess if you boil it, it would be ok. My husband bought me a new First Years pump at wal mart for 60 dollars and I think it works just as well as a Medela and it's easier to clean.
