HEllo mums and thanx all for you response. My religion gives breastfeeding mums an option on whether to fast or not, if it is harmful to the mother or baby then we are allowed not to fast. I was pregnant last year and did not fast the whole month, really don't feel like missing it out again this year. I guess i will make sure i have good meal early in the morning before the fast and a good one when i break my fast. I will try to increase water intake during the night...though donno how much i will be able to!
