    It shouldn't. Try to up your fluid intake and nurse nonstop when you get home.

    I flew about a week ago and sometimes couldn't pump because I couldn't find a private spot with an electrical outlet. So, I would hand express about 2-3 oz from each breast (or as much as I could in about 10 minutes which was usually all the time I had to duck into a stall and get-a-milkin'!)

    I was *SO* engorged that night when we finally landed at our destination (last time I had a chance to pump pump was at 8am, and we got to the hotel at midnight, OUCH!)

    My supply hasn't dipped one bit since.
