Wow, from just glancing really this looks like a great resource! Have you tried any of the recipes yet?

I used the SuperBaby Food book when making baby food. I loved the book and as a resource it was great but found it sometimes a little overwhelming. These simple recipes would have been great!

Wow - good on them! They add this info to their puree info:

For the smoothest consistency, add breast milk or formula as desired.
Nice to see breast milk in the recipe!

it is really easy to do this, and nice to know that you are not wasting jars of food b/c sometimes they can be picky!

good for you for researching homemade baby food. I have made it for both of my kids. It's easy and it feels so good to see the vibrant colors of the food they eat - compared to the colors of the jarred stuff! It helps keep them from being picky eaters. Annabel Karmel's book "first foods" is a very good resource. thanks for sharing what you found! Good luck!
