    Default veggie chips/sticks

my 8 month old loves to try eating everything i'm eating. i'm trying to be very careful of what i eat infront of her. but yesterday i was eating some veggie chips (in stick form) and thought it might be okay for her. but now i'm wondering if it's harmful cuz it has oil and some salt. hope i'm not being a bad mom.

    thoughts?

I don't think a little bit would be harmful. Tastes of certain things here & there shouldn't hurt as long as it's not replacing the appetite she's got for nutritious foods, you know?

The feeding clinic I take my son (he is almost 14 months old though) suggested we give him veggie stix because it melts in the mouth. I haven't tried yet because I couldn't find an organic variety but a little bit should be OK.

You really should not let your infant have any salt at all. I would hold off on veggie sticks until after the year point.

    Way too lazy for formula
