    Exclamation yellow spit up

Hi. My son spits up, a lot. I fed him about 30 minutes ago, and about 5 minutes after eating he spit up---and it was yellow. It's usually white.
What does this mean? It makes me nervous.

Not overly, I don't think. When I searched for information online under "yellow spit up," I found links encouraging parents to call their doctor if their child spits up green/yellow.
I'll call today for the mental ease.
    Thanks for your responses.

My baby spit up yellow stuff for the first time today as well (12 weeks). I am going to have to call the ped. tomorrow. What did yours say?

My doctor said not to worry---
it only happened once, then for the following fifteen hours (until I could call my doctor) my boy seemed fine, so they said it's nothing to be alarmed about.
    Did yours say any different?

I did actually get a hold of my ped. today (thank goodness I didn't have to wait). He also said not to worry at all. He said it was most likely just some boogers I guess my husband was right when he said not to worry and I was overreacting
