Default Help. Question about pumping and feeding bottles on the go.

So Grayson has an appointment tomorrow for a heart murmur. The appointment should last anywhere from two to four hours. I know she will need to eat during this time.

She has been having EBM from a bottle from time to time and does fine with it.

I would like to take a bottle of EBM with us (maybe two). Can I take milk thats been pumped out of the fridge and take it with us or do I need to pump in the morning and take room temp milk with us? Do I need to put it in a cooler or insulated bottle holder? (its very very hot here..near 100).

I am new at this but would love to know how I can take milk along with us as I am not too comfortable with nursing in public.

    Thanks for any help!

mommas milk is ok a room temps for up to 10 hours.
I would just ask to nurse at the doctors office, they are normaly ok with nursing! And it will calm both you and baby down!
