    Question question!!!

    I took milk from the freezer and defrosted it in the fridge...can I refreeze it again now that I did not end up needing it?????? I hate wasting milk!! It makes me crazy to dump it out!!

    No, you can't . Human milk should not be thawed and refrozen. What you can do is have somebody give the baby that milk while you pump and replace it; that way the milk don't get waste and you'll still have the same amount of frozen milk!
